There was a deliberate attempt to cut off Agya Koo

Agya Koo has in several interviews insisted that he lost his steel in the movie industry because some producers met and decided that they are no more going to use him. To him, these producers have been his downfall and that of the entire movie industry because he could have given the industry a major face-lift if he wasn't sidelined. Reacting to this story, Ola Michael who has worked in the movie production industry for a while alluded to the fact that there was a meeting to cut off Agya Koo's monopoly. According to him, Agya Koo had become too monopolistic and started giving producers problems so in order to tame him,they had to cut him off.
