Video: Chelsea Player Callum Hudson-Odoi Declares Ghana Jollof The Best » GhBasecom™

Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi has said Ghana Jollof is his favourite food. We admit the player never compared Ghana Jollof to what is prepared in other West African countries but since this debate has been ongoing for some time as to which country prepares the best Jollof, it's worth noting that Ghanaians will take delight in this. Jollof rice, or Jollof, also known as benachin in Wolof, is a one-pot rice dish popular in many West African countries such as Ghana, Gambia, Senegal, Cameroon, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Côte d'Ivoire, Liberia, Togo and Mali. It is also called 'reddish one-pot dish' and varies in these countries. Maybe Odoi opted for Ghana Jollof because his father is a Ghanaian; just maybe! Source | Summary
