The father of Trinidad born American rapper Nicki Minaj, Robert Maraj, has been killed. Robert reportedly died Saturday after being the victim of a hit-and-run accident in Long Island, New York. According to reports, he was hit by a car whilst taking a walk in Mineola on Long Island Friday. The driver who hit him didn't stop but kept driving. Robert was taken to a hospital but was pronounced dead Saturday. Police are investigating the incident and has asked the public to come forward with any information on the hit-and-run.
