Late last night Davido revealed that Chioma has tested positive for Coronavirus and she's being quarantined for treatment! Davido recently had a tour in America and a concert where some members later tested positive for COVID-19. According to Davido, Chioma also travelled with Ifeanyi to the UK recently. Upon their return, Davido decided to go for COVID-19 test for himself, his family and all the close friends he had come in contact with in recent times. His fiancee Chioma tested positive whilst the 31 others including himself and their baby Ifeanyi tested negative. 2019 BB Naija star Frodd angrily lashed out at a fan for suggesting that he should be tested for the coronavirus. Frodd was one of the numerous celebrities who attended the AMVCAs. They've all been asked to self-isolate since an attendee has actually tested positive for the virus. We thought veteran actress Ngozi Ezeonu had let sleeping dogs lie after she refused to respond to her ex-husband's allegation. Weeks following her ex-husband's claim, she has responded. About a month ago following their daughter, Ogechukwu Edwina Ezeonu's wedding, Ngozi Ezeonu's ex-husband Edwin Ezeonu noted he was not invited to his own daughter's wedding. According to him, he is an Igbo man from Anambra State where his daughter's marriage ceremony should have taken place but his ex-wife, Ngozi Ezeonu married her off in Asaba -Delta State without his consent. Edwin Ezeonu further placed curses on his daughter's marriage. He said, "I'm the real son of the soil in Igbo land and I am knowledgeable enough to some extent concerning Igbo marriage tradition in Anambra State. In the whole of Anambra State where I belong, a woman does not and has no legitimate right whatsoever to give out a fellow woman's hand in marriage. It is an abomination and taboo. As such, Ngozi Denis Ikpelue has no legitimate right and authority to give out Ogechukwu Edwina Ezeonu's hand in marriage. As long as I and the entire family of Ezeonu and his kindred are concerned, Ogechukwu Edwina Ezeonu is not married. That union is cursed. It is a taboo! Ghanaian musician, Obour, real name Bice Osei Kuffour has announced that his father has died at the Ridge Hospital-after testing Positive to Coronavirus. "With sadness and a heavy heart I announce the death of Nana Osei Boansi Kuffour my biological father.” Nana returned from UK on 19th March after his yearly visit to the family. Upon his return he was fine but began coughing on Sunday 22nd. We arranged for his blood sample to be tested and he tested positive for malaria. We began treatment for malaria but his condition got worse. We arranged to bring him to Accra to be tested for Covid 19 at Ridge Hospital on Wednesday. They informed us that his report will be ready on Friday but we should keep him in quarantine which we did. On thursday night he had extreme difficulty with breathing so we called the Ambulance service and informed them of his condition. We told them the patient has tested for COVID 19 and awaiting his results so they should come along with appropriate apparel. The ambulance team took him to Ridge Hospital around 11pm on thursday March 26. We informed the health team at Ridge of his condition and also informed them he had earlier taken a test for Covid and awaiting results. Late this afternoon , the Drs informed us that he is likely to be a confirmed Covid case and as such we should take steps to do a contact trace and quarantine ourselves. Under the circumstances I understand nobody can come over to pay their respects and commiserate with our family as we are all on a 14 Day quarantine though I and my assistant who had close contact with him have both tested negative for COVID 19 as at today 27th March.
