While discarding the notion that the song is meant to induce the sakawa menace which is rife amongst the youth and is mostly predominant in Ghana and Nigeria, the young rapper said Money is rather a motivational song. "You know something, I would say that the money song I did though we do crave for more money but whilst enjoying the banger do also carefully listen to the pieces of advice in the song as well.” "I said a lot of things in the song that when you get money you don't need to use it aimlessly. You have to use the money to cater for your family and do well to develop the habit of saving," he said on Kastle FM.
